2. Service Connection & Independent Contractor Model
Mandatory Disclosure: Ten Mile Creek Plumbers connects you with independent licensed plumbers who perform the work. Every plumber we send is licensed and insured in Texas.
Ten Mile Creek Plumbers operates as a referral and customer dispatch communication platform connecting property owners in Duncanville, TX and surrounding Best Southwest cities with qualified, independent plumbing contractors. All plumbing work, diagnostic testing, permitting, and mechanical installations are performed exclusively by independent licensed plumbing contractors, each operating under the regulatory supervision of a Texas Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
3. Estimates & Diagnostic Pricing
Plumbing emergency diagnoses cannot be guaranteed remotely over the telephone. All pricing discussed prior to an on-site inspection represents estimated market guidance. The dispatched independent licensed plumber will conduct an on-site diagnostic evaluation and provide a firm, upfront written quote before beginning any chargeable mechanical work. You retain full authority to approve or decline the proposed scope of work.
4. Warranties & Liability
Specific warranties on workmanship and plumbing fixtures (such as water heaters, PEX lines, and brass valves) are provided directly by the independent licensed contractor who performs the repair, along with manufacturer warranties. Ten Mile Creek Plumbers does not directly provide plumbing construction warranties or assume direct liability for property damage resulting from preexisting plumbing deterioration.
